Leave Your Triggers Behind and Discover
a New Way of Life in Thailand

If you’re trying to get sober, location matters.

It can feel all but impossible to turn over a new leaf when you’re immersed in the stresses, triggers and commitments of your day-to-day life. You want to change – but everything around you is pushing you to stay the same as you are right now.

You’ve got to break free from your old life if you want to start a new one.
The Cabin is your ticket to a clean slate and a fresh start.

Here are just a few of the reasons
why treatment in Thailand can change your life:

You’ll be removed from the situations, people and things that push you to use, giving you space to start fresh.

Changing your environment – and separating yourself from all of the little things that remind you of using, stress you out and keep you stuck – makes it much easier for you to heal your past and create a new future.

You’ll be immersed in Thailand’s natural beauty, which will lower your stress levels and help you to let go.

Thailand is a popular getaway destination for a reason. The exotic jungles and lush mountains you’re surrounded by will melt your stress away, calming and grounding you from the inside out. And there’s no better way to avoid relapse than avoiding stress.

You’ll have the peace of mind of knowing that no one knows you’re here (unless you tell them).

When you stay at home for treatment, there are endless opportunities for the word to get out. When you go abroad instead, you have true privacy – which allows you to focus more fully on your recovery, worry-free. If your or your family’s reputation is on the line, this is critical.

You’ll be surrounded by a totally new way of life– making it much easier for you to change yours.

While you’re at The Cabin, you’ll be steeped in Thailand’s relaxed atmosphere and Buddhist culture. You’ll be continually exposed to ancient mindfulness rituals and wellness practices that help you make positive changes to your life – and adopt new habits – much more easily than you could if you stayed at home.

Travelling for treatment inspires new possibilities, fuelling your recovery.

By travelling for treatment, you’ll see possibilities you wouldn’t see at home. And by making the leap that travel requires, you’ll believe in your ability to make those possibilities a reality.

Leaving all that you know behind gives you a powerful opportunity to transform – which dramatically improves your chances of staying sober for good. But you don’t have to take that leap all at once – it starts with a tiny first step. Take that first step by contacting us today.

Each Sunday we go on excursions. I’ve been here for four weeks, and I didn’t think I’d be sitting here telling you I mountain biked down a 2,200-meter mountain, I went whitewater rafting, I went ATVing on four-wheel motorbikes, yesterday we went ziplining through the jungles. Fantastic! So it’s not just work, work, work – you have to definitely be focused, but there’s a great synergy between the physical and mental side here, and I think they do that very well.

The Cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Though at times it was difficult, it made sense to be removed from the ‘real’ life out there and all its temptations. Being at The Cabin helped keep us ‘addicts’ away from the strong impulses of abuse so often triggered in our daily lives back home… I think my experience will stay with me for the rest of my life, helping me to stay sober and on the right track.
