Alex leads our Holistic Department. She comes to us from the U.S. with a diverse background as a yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and dance instructor, as well as holding a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from the Pratt Institute in New York. As a holistic practitioner, Alex is dedicated to exploring the inextricable link between the cognitive, emotional, and physical bodies, and ultimately, using these understandings to support a richer and more sustainable recovery process for our clients. Alex recently completed a Module 1 Training in Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) and is working towards certification as a T.R.E. (trauma/tension release exercises) Provider.
