FYI: Stress and Relapse Prevention with Diet and Health Tips

It is no secret that we all experience stress, and the pressures of modern society can make it seem as though if you’re not stressed out - then you’re not working hard enough. In the Spotlight: The Cabin Hong Kong Team

he Cabin Hong Kong  joanne  andy  jimmy

Meet the team at The Cabin Hong Kong – Asia’s first dedicated outpatient addiction treatment centre to open in February 2015. Located in the bustling business hub of Central, Hong Kong, our treatment programme is available weekdays through to 9pm in the evening allowing functioning individuals with addiction problems to get help whilst still being able to meet work and family commitments.

The programme, designed by our Clinical Director Alastair Mordey, will be conducted by a team of highly skilled and credentialed experts with years of experience treating the disease. They will also be available for one-on-one sessions, family counselling and other types of consultations, such as psychiatric assessment and medication review. Many of our staff are in recovery themselves so they understand first-hand the nature of the disease and how it is best treated.

Here we’d like to share some updates from our alumni.
