Alumni Update: What a difference

What a difference!

I continue to attend AA meetings here in Hong Kong, most of them in Kowloon. Also, in being of service, I started-up the “Birds of a Feather”, new Hong Kong “Nest”. BOAF is affiliated with AA and is directed towards aviation professionals. We hold a meeting every Sunday morning and slowly word of our existence is getting out there. I am the secretary & chairman at the moment which is most fulfilling and enjoyable.

I just wanted to let you know that I have now achieved 13 months in sobriety!

As I’ve mentioned before, thank-you so much for helping me get off to a new life! I feel like a different person and have changed in so many ways. Even to this day more and more people notice that I have changed in character and look so much healthier and better. What a difference!

I will be forever grateful to The Cabin and for your assistance and coaching in helping me achieve what I have now – a life full of appreciation, peace and kindness.

Well, I suppose this is about all for now my friend. Please pass on kind regards to the fellow counsellors.

The program works but you do have to keep up the work and be strong!
