It all starts with a email or telephone contact

To begin your treatment at our drug and alcohol rehab, you may email or call us after which there will be a phone call between you, or a loved one, and our programme director. All of our phone conversations are completely confidential. We will ask you about your history of addiction, your demographic information, and your availability. You will be given information about our rehab treatment programmes and any addiction resources that may be of benefit to you. If you have any questions regarding addiction, the programme director or counsellors can answer these. This phone call will help you to make the right decisions on what to do.

Personalized Assessment

Following our initial call together you will receive a second phone call from one of our counsellors to help us understand your personal, medical and substance abuse history. This conversation will take place with one of our counsellors and is completely confidential.

We are happy to assess you entirely by phone but we also invite you to fill out our on-line Assessment Form (optional)

Travel arrangements

A stay of 30 days is achievable by obtaining a visa on arrival at your port of entry in Thailand. If you would like the flexibility to stay longer you will need to apply for a 2 month tourist visa (which is extendable to 3 months once in Thailand) in your home country prior to traveling. Our staff will advise you.

Unless you are flying to Chiang Mai direct from Singapore, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok you will need to transit through Bangkok. There are plentiful flight connections every day between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Our staff will assist with flight bookings.
